RX Radio is a radio station– run by and for children - at the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital. The initiative aims to create a platform for communication between hospitalised children, their families, and the health services by providing patients with the skills and support to produce and broadcast radio programmes across the hospital. In addition, we are a project initiated under the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital Facility Board.

In this edition of The Registrar Show, Sebastian sits down with Dr. Obrey H. Urio, a Peadiatrician and Lecturer at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences in Tanzania. Dr. Urio joins the RX Radio studio to raise awareness about strokes and their effects on children, in recognition of World Stroke Day on October 29th.
